We suggest eating 1 DIRTY GUT bite (literally) a day. Given the live probiotics, we don't recommend eating more than 3 over a day. They are a fulfilling and satisfying size.
Each pouch of DIRTY GUT contains 8 individually wrapped chocolate bites. That way, you can share them or take a bite to go!
