Since DIRTY GUT is a food product, we can’t accept returns—but we do stand behind our No-Melt Guarantee. If your chocolate shows up melted or something’s not right, we’ll refund or replace it. No hassle, no hoops.
And if something else is off with your order, reach out—we’re human, and we’ll more than make it right.
You’ve got 14 days from when it lands at your door to let us know. Just shoot us an email at hello@dirtygut.com.
We don’t offer returns on sale items or gift cards, and we can't accept returns from outside the mainland U.S.
